CleanBC Rebates

Save Money on Energy-Efficient Heating & Cooling Upgrades

CleanBC Rebates

Upgrading your home’s heating or cooling system can significantly improve comfort and lower your energy bills. Through the CleanBC Better Homes program, homeowners in British Columbia may qualify for rebates and incentives when installing energy-efficient systems such as heat pumps and high-efficiency HVAC equipment.

At Hadwin’s HVAC & Plumbing, we help homeowners in Kamloops and surrounding areas understand which rebates they qualify for and assist with installing eligible systems that meet program requirements.

We make the process simple so you can focus on improving your home while saving money.

How it Works

What is the CleanBC Better Homes Program?

The CleanBC Better Homes program is a provincial initiative that encourages homeowners to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Eligible upgrades can include:

  • Air source heat pump – convert from electric

  • Air-source heat pump – convert from wood

  • Air-source heat pump – convert from natural gas or propane

  • Air-source heat pump – convert from oil

  • Air source heat pump with fossil fuel back-up

  • Air-to-water heat pump

  • Heat pump water heater

  • Electrical service upgrade

  • Ventilation

These rebates help offset the cost of upgrading your home to more energy-efficient systems.
